Technical & User Support Officer

WE ARE HIRING TECHNICAL & USER SUPPORT OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:
Working Experience : Minimum of one (1) year experience would be preferred.  
Education : Minimum bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering or Technical Computer or Computer Science with GPA 3.0 above
Other Qualification

 

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
  • Experiences in determine and resolve network data communication 24/7 IT operation issue.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Familiar with PC troubleshooting, Microsoft O365 products including exchange or outlook, Network topology configuration.
  • Willing to be placed at Grobogan Plant

 

 

DETAILED MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing a high level of IT operational 24/7 availability and stability on remote sites
  • Reporting to the IT Support Office Section Head, this position is responsible for providing a high level of operational availability and stability for the IT support.
  • This includes providing a high level of IT support services to employees, as well as 24-hour coverage for the computer system, either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs.
  • Act as a helpdesk if there is no Helpdesk Officer available in receives user’s issues, takes follow up action thru MIS Helpdesk system in order to have best support 24/7 IT operation.
  • Coordinates and assists HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and services.
